Believe in yourself
is the best affirming statement we can tell to ourselves as well as others
around us. We look up to others to believe in us, praise us for our efforts and
achievements and we measure our self-worth based on others opinion about us.
Today and everyday
take a moment to pause and ask yourself- "If not me, then who else
would believe in me?" Telling yourself that your responsibility
(response - ability) starts with yourself and the first step is
to Believe in yourself.
because there is only one you, because you are worth it.
Why is it important to believe in oneself ?
- Believing in oneself boosts self-esteem.
- It increases our confidence.
- It gives the vision to keep
moving in our everyday life.
- Believing in oneself helps us
to be mindful and rooted in the present moment.
- It connects us with our
abilities, be more creative and express our full potential.
- It strengthens faith and builds
hope.
- It boosts our happiness
quotient.
- It helps us to bring a
positive aspect shift in our life.
Simply believing in oneself goes a long way. So, what is stopping you? When in doubt just pause to connect with the power within you. Simple activities mentioned here will help you to strengthen your self-belief.
How to Strengthen Self Belief ?
- Reflect and write your everyday small achievements. Remember they are significant.
- Reflect on your life journey from childhood till now and write all that you have achieved and accomplished. Don't forget to pat your back.
- Meditate to feel and relaxed. This will help you to start all over again.
- Say this affirmation to yourself - "I appreciate who I am."
- Recite Shakti Gayatri mantra to strengthen self-belief and feel powerful.
