Mindful Rhythm, the rhythm of the present moment where the mind, body and spirit are In Tune and Tuned In. When we are present to the Present Moment wholeheartedly we experience a deep connection within connecting us with the creations of the universe expressing our being in it's full glory.
To experience this rhythm all we need to do is to bring our entire awareness to this present moment, to the NOW. Mindfulness practice helps us to align ourselves to the here and now and experience the present moment using mindfulness tools. In Mindfulness we don't feel the need to know who I am and who I am not as we are born anew in each moment and have no past experiences nor any future expectations just like new born child. Mindfulness frees us from our past and releases us from future worries as each moment is anew and we are born each moment to live the life of our choice.
Let us choose to live mindfully in the present moment experiencing it in it's totality. The present moment is simple. It is as it is. Nothing more, nothing less, simply flowing. Making mindfulness a lifestyle ensures our overall well-being and manifest the life we desire to live. Can it get any better than this?
